Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
See if someone else accepted the delivery unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
If you haven’t received your package, contact us within 5-7 days of expected delivery. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Track Your Package

Check your order confirmation email to get the tracking number
Go to https://www.17track.net/en put the tracking number in and “track” to view delivery updates.
If you haven’t received your tracking number, contact us within 3-5 days after placing the order. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel physical items or orders that haven’t entered the processing phase yet(1-6 hours).

Check your confirmation email to get the Order ID
Send a cancellation request to our customer service email support@deppyo.com/ within the 6 hours time frame.

About Our Returns Policies

Items shipped from our store can be returned within 5 days of delivery if – Item is defective or damaged. please notify “Deppyo” promptly and return the item in accordance with the conditions below:

Items must be purchased on the website at https://deppyo.com/
The shipping label on the package is readable
The item must be returned to us, unwashed, un-alternated, unworn(no other than trial), and in its original packaging, with all accessories.

Note: Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive any refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping fee for returns is at the customer’s expense. Please return it to the address that our customer service provided.
